Position Overview
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production output, product quality compliance, and adherence to workplace safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational discipline and supporting EVERSTEEL’s commitment to international manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and workforce scheduling
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Implement and enforce workplace safety policies
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures
- Prepare daily production reports and performance summaries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control systems
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Technical Skills
- Understanding of steel manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
