Business Development Manager

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production output, product quality compliance, and adherence to workplace safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational discipline and supporting EVERSTEEL’s commitment to international manufacturing standards.

• Supervise daily production activities and workforce scheduling

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams

• Implement and enforce workplace safety policies

• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures

• Prepare daily production reports and performance summaries

n

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow

n

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)

n

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision

n

• Strong leadership and team management skills

n

• Knowledge of production planning and quality control systems

n

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Understanding of steel manufacturing processes (preferred)

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance coordination
